
In order to further enhance the sense of happiness of employees, improve the rights protection mechanism, and build a harmonious labor relationship, HL held the 2025 collective negotiation meeting on April 21, 2025. Liu Xingmin, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and Chairman of the Labor Union of the company, Yao Jinguo, deputy general manager, and 7 representatives from both the enterprise side and the employee side attended the meeting.

Liu Xingmin, the chief representative of the employee side, introduced the situation of soliciting employees' opinions before the meeting. Combining with the demands of employees that are widely concerned, such as salary and benefits, welfare policies, the five social insurances and one housing fund, and the career promotion channels for employees, he explained the matters for negotiation, fully reflecting the concerns of the employee group.

Yao Jinguo, the chief representative of the enterprise side, gave a professional interpretation of the negotiation contents from the aspects of the current business situation and cost control, and reported in detail the financial situation for the year 2024.

Zheng Xinyi, Director of the Operation and Management Department, reported on the situation of operating costs in 2024; Zhang Bin, Minister of the Human Resources Department, explained the labor employment situation in 2024 and the first quarter of 2025.
In the communication session, the representatives of both sides had a full discussion on the negotiation matters and put forward suggestions, and exchanged views on the contents such as the salary adjustment range, the welfare optimization plan, and the career promotion channels.
Finally, through the method of raising hands for a vote, the representatives of both sides reached a unified opinion and unanimously approved all the contents of the 2025 collective negotiation.
